Need housing covered for your Day 29 discharge? We help men, women, and mothers with children transition smoothly from partner rehab, detox, or IOP facilities into safe, certified sober living environments.
1. Partner referral
Get referred directly by an active Bridge 29 partner treatment center, detox clinic, or IOP program. A valid partner referral is required for full housing coverage.
2. Network placement
You are placed into a certified Bridge 29 network sober home tailored to your needs, welcoming men, women, and women with children into safe community living.
3. Covered fees and transit
We cover the move-in door fee plus your entire first week of rent, complete with complimentary transportation so you can focus on house rules and peer support.
